I have come to understand that one of the biggest shifts in 2012 will be the Earth itself. On an energetic level, the Earth has a complex energy system, and like our bodies, it has nine main chakras. There are many smaller chakras all over the planet, but for all intensive purposes, I am only addressing the main nine here. These nine chakras are scattered around the planet and determine to some degree the nature of the humans there. The Earth has allowed her chakra system to be utilized by these inhabitants for their own doings. This means the chakras in some cases have been moved from their original positions. As we move towards 2012, these chakras are starting to re-activate and move into a new alignment.
The first of these chakras to come to my awareness is located in the Middle East. In late 2008, when the chakra started moving, fighting here on Earth broke out around it. Although the ones fighting may not be consciously aware of this shift, they are feeling it. This movement has to be very slow at first. The slightest readjustment has brought much chaos to those who have utilized the chakra for their own purposes and have been fighting others over control of it.
Upon taking a closer look at it, I found that it is the red or root chakra. This chakra has to do with our connection to the Earth, our survival chakra which facilitates our creation, sexuality, and passion. It is no surprise the groups fighting over it are the groups who are the most sexually repressed, but are also the most passionate about their cause.
As this chakra and each succeeding one starts to shift, we will personally feel those associated issues come up for us. It is a good time to work through and move any old energy or mechanisms. All of the Earths chakras will activate, reverse and move into the new alignment by the end of 2012.
